These are our Services - all are welcome.

Sunday
Parish Eucharist on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sundays of the month:
The main Parish service is Holy Communion with hymns. Everyone, of all ages, is welcome. On Remembrance Sunday the service is at 9:15am followed by a service at the War Memorial.
 
Parish Eucharist on the 1st Sunday of the month:
The main Parish service is Holy Communion with hymns. Everyone, of all ages, is welcome. On Remembrance Sunday the service is at 9:15am followed by a service at the War Memorial.
 
Joint Benefice Service on the 5th Sunday of the month:
When there is a 5th Sunday in the month a service of Holy Communion with hymns is held at 10.30am somewhere in the benefice, either here or at Cawthorne, Hoylandswaine or at Silkstone with Stainborough. Please contact Fr Keith Freeman, in advance and on the details provided, to find out where this service is being held. Everyone, of all ages, is welcome.
 
Sunday School on the 1st Sunday of the Month
Sunday School meets on the first Sunday of the month, while the main servce is going on. All children are welcome, but a parent or guardian must please remain in Church and if your child is under 3 perhaps in Sunday School. All volunteers are CRB checked. Sunday School does not meet during August.
 

Other Holy Communion Services in the Benefice on Sundays
Cawthorne:
8am BCP Communion on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays of the month;
Holy Communion at 11am on 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.
Silkstone:
9.15am on the 1st and the 3rd Sundays of the month.
Hoylandswaine:
9.15am on the 2nd and the 4th Sundays of the month.


Thursday
 
Parish Eucharist:
This is a short, said service to which all are welcome. Every Thursday, at 9.45 am - 10:15 am
Coffee and Cake:
Come along between 10:15 and 12 noon for a cup of coffee or tea and a slice of cake - it only costs £1. Cakes are usually home-baked as well, so why not bring a friend?
Parent and Toddler:
Parents, carers and pre-school children meet to sing, read a story, do some craft, play and chat. People who wish to talk about christenings/baptisms are welcome to come along.
Every Thursday at 2 pm for 1 hour. During term time only.

Friday
Youth Group:
Meet in Church for fun and games every Friday evening (during term time) from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. You must be at least 8 years old and have parents' or guardians' permissions to attend. All adult volunteers are DBS checked.
